latch, n. boston's case 255 boston's case. Parson Boston fuit sentence en le Spiritual Court par adultery, & deprive, & donque vient le general pardon quel pardoner le vice del adultery. Et fuit adjudge, que le fault eateant pardon le judgment aur le crime serra pardon & destroy, & son deprivement voyd, & ai fuit al darrein jour de Parliament, quia cest pardon fuit per Parliament, quel poet evert un judgment, quia est un Act del Parliament; mes auterraent est d'un act de grace, quel est meerment de grace, & favor le Hoy. Et le Court dit, ^ un general pardon al Parliament, et si soit grant le darrein jour, & al fine del Parliament, uncore cest pardon relater si come un Act del Parliament al primer jour del session. Mes un pardon del grace, & un special pardon relater sole-ment al ieal, & date de ceo.
