Guest's motor car damaged while in hospitium of inn - Whether innkeeper's absolute liability extends to damage to, as opposed to loss of, guest's goods.

An innkeeper is not liable, in the absence of negligence, for damage to a guest's goods occurring when they are within the hospitium of an inn. Dicta in Winkworth v. RavenELR [1931] 1 K.B. 562 applied.
