HEREAS there are within the Parifh
of
Bromham,

in the
County of
Wilts*
certain Commons and Wafte Grounds, (con-
taining together by Eftimation Two hundred and fixty Acres
or thereabouts: And whereas Sir Andrew BayntunRolt Baronet'is
Lord of the Manor of Bromham aforfefaid, and as fuch is entitled to the
Right of Soil of and in the faid Commons or Wafte Grounds, aiid all Trees
growing thereon, and all Royalties thereto belonging: And whereas the
laid Sir Andrew Bayntun Rolt is Patron of the Re&ory of
Bromham

faid, and the Reverend Henry
Bayntun
the younger, Clerk, is

Bromham,
and as fuch is entitled to certain
