Appeal
1. The Appellant appeals pursuant to Section 145 of the Regulation
and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016, (‘the Act’) against the
decision issued on the 20 August 2019, imposing an interim suspension order
on her registration as a domiciliary care worker from the 16 August 2019 for a
period of 18 months.
