The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred onHer by sections 5 and 7 of the West Indies Act 19621and section 1 of the Anguilla Act 19802and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, ispleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and itis hereby ordered, as follows:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Caribbean Territories (Abolition ofDeath Penalty for Murder) Order 1991.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 10th May 1991.
Extent of Order
2.—(1) This Order extends to the following territories—
