Certificate as to finality, etc. of Arbitration Award for Enforcement Abroad

I, a Master of the Senior Courts [a District Judge of the High Court] of England and Wales, hereby certify:—

1. That in relation to the award made by (name of arbitrator) and published on (date) [the said award is not the subject of any challenge by any available arbitral process of appeal or review or in accordance with the provisions of Part I of the Arbitration Act 1996 and that the time for any such challenge has expired] or [the said award was the subject of challenge namely (state the process of any challenge made).
