PORT HEALTH AUTHORITIES, ENGLAND AND WALES
The Chester Port Health Authority (Revocation)Order 1993
Made 11th March 1993
Coming into force 31th March 1993
The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 2 and 4(2) of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having given notice required by section 4(2) of that Act of his proposal to make this Order and not having received any notice of objection thereto, hereby makes the following Order:—

Citation and commencementCitation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Chester Port Health Authority (Revocation) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 31st March 1993.
Revocation
2. The Orders specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby revoked.
Compensation Payment
3. There shall be paid as compensation for loss of office to the Clerk of Chester Port Health Authority the sum of #1,032.00 payable in the following proportions by the constituent authorities for the Port Health Authority:—
Delyn Borough Council 10/20ths
Alyn and Deeside District Council 4/20ths
Rhuddlan Borough Council 1/20th
Chester City Council 5/20ths
