agents or such others

any time agree with and

and lawfully might during the term

fourteen ycars
from
the date of tlic said Letters Patent make use exercise and
vend within the United IGngdom

an invention therein mentioned

in which
Letters Patent
is
contained
a
proviso making void the said Letters
Patent if the said William Chetliani his executors and adminis-
trators should not by an instrument iii writing under his

one of their
hands

particularly describe the nature of
the said invention and in what inanuer the same is to be performed
and cause such instrument in writing
to
be
filed
in the Great Seal
Patent Office within six

stamp
