The Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) (Amendment) Regulations 1985

Whereas the Secretary of State for Transport has made Regulations(a) requiring the payment to Eurocontrol of charges in respect of navigation services:

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of his powers under sections 73 and 74 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982(b) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) (Amendment) Regulations 1985 and shall come into operation on 14th March 1985.

2. The Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) Regulations 1984 shall be amended as follows—

(1) In paragraph (a) of Regulation 12 for the words "Regulation 10(a)" there shall be substituted the words "Regulation 11(a)".

(2) In Regulation 16 for the words "Regulation 10 to 14" there shall be substituted the words "Regulations 11 to 15".

(This Note is not part of the Regulations.)

These Regulations correct two errors in the Civil Aviation (Route Charges for Navigation Services) Regulations 1984.
