gave and devifed his capital Seat
or Houfe at
Holkbam,
in the County of Norfolk, and his Park there, and
all and lingular his Freehold and Copyhold Manors, Hereditaments*
dnd real Eftates whatfoever, fituate in the feveral Counties of Ntrfolk,
Kent)
Somerfet,
Oxford,
and in the City of London, and elfewhere in
England, (lubjeft to the Incumbrances that fhould be charged thereon
at the Time of
his
Deceafe,) unto and to the Ufe of Sir Matthew Lamb
Baronet, and Ralph
Cauldwell
Gentleman, their Heirs and Affigns upon
Truft, out of the Rents and Profits, to pay the Jointures, Annuities,
Rents,
and Interefls of Mortgages and Incumbrances that fhould be
charged on the fame Premifes at the Time of his Deceafe, fo long as the
fame fhould be charged thereon j and upon further Truft by Sale or
Mortgage, to raife fo much Money as would pay his Bond and ^mple

Sum of Three thoufand Pounds, and apply the fame in paying off and
difcharging the Mortgages that fhould affeft his Real Eftates at the
Time of his Death j and upon further Truft to pay the Refidue of the
faid Renis and Profits to his faid Sifter Ann

and devifed the fame unto and to the Ufe of the faid Sir Matthew Lamb
and Ralph
Cauldwell,
their Heirs and Affigns, upon the fame Trufts
as were by his faid Will direfled, concerning his faid capital Seat at
Holkham, and his other Real Eftates : And whereas the faid Teftator's
Sifter, Ann Roberts, married Philip

Five Sons, (that is to fay) the faid Wenman Coke (formerly
