In relation to the above numbered case on 4th August 2020, His Honour Judge Vincent Sitting at the County Court at Truro as a Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant in that case, to a custodial sentence of Derek Annis for contempt of court on breach of an injunction order dated 7th April 2020. The basis of the sentence imposed if that Derek Annis was in breach of the injunction by,nusing menacing and threatening words and behaviour towards local neighbours on the 19th July 2020.
These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 7th April 2020 to which Derek Annis was subject.
