1. On 19th May 2020 the Claimant
Stonewater Limited
applied for injunction orders against the following Defendant
Jen-ai Kwan
2. On 19th May the Court made injunction orders against the Defendant under the
Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014
3. On 8th July 2020 the Defendant was before the court further to an arrest.
for allegedly disobeying the order which provided that the Defendant must not:

Use or threaten violence to residents of and visitors to Caldicott Clos,
Willsbridge BS30 6UX

Engage in conduct (including banging and playing loud music) capable
of causing nuisance or annoyance to residents of and visitors to
Caldicott Close
and the Defendant having admitted the allegations the court released the
Defendant on bail and listed a sentencing hearing.
4. On 27th July the Court
and the Court imposed the following sentences for those breaches

28 days imprisonment suspended for one year on compliance with
the injunction order
