1. On 18th May 2022 this court committed the following named person to prison
ABDUL GOFFAR
2. In relation to an order dated
1st September 2021
3. which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not
A. Engage in conduct causing or capable of causing nuisance, annoyance
harassment, alarm or distress to Hoang Minh Vu and/or any person in the
locality of, residing in or engaged in lawful activity on Salisbury House, Hobday
Street, London, E14 3AT, such behaviour to include banging, shouting, verbal
abuse, aggressive or intimidatory conduct.
D. Cause or permit any noise within 32 Salisbury House, Hobday Street,
London, E14 3AT (including the balcony) so as to be audible outside that
dwelling.
4. The court found that he had breached that order by
a) On 15 September 2021, the Defendant was shouting at around 12.30am in breach of
clause A of the Injunction, insofar as this was conduct causing nuisance, annoyance
and distress to Mr Vu, and in breach of clause D of the Injunction;
b) On 1st October 2021 the Defendant was intermittently shouting and talking loudly in
breach of clause A of the Injunction, insofar as this was conduct causing nuisance
and annoyance to Mr Vu, and in breach of clause D of the Injunction;
c) On 5th October 2021, the Defendant was singing in breach of clause D of the
Injunction;
d) On 13th October 2021, the Defendant made excessive noise from around 5am and
continued all day, and at around 2pm, he aggressively shouted at and threatened Mr
Vu, in breach of clause A of the Injunction, insofar as this was conduct causing
nuisance, annoyance, harassment, alarm and distress to Mr Vu, and in breach of
clause D of the Injunction;
e) On 19th October 2021, the Defendant made shouting noises from 11.15pm to 2am
the following day, in breach of clause A of the Injunction, insofar as this was conduct
causing nuisance, annoyance and distress to Mr Vu, and in breach of clause D o f the
Injunction;
f) On 21st October 2021, the Defendant was shouting loudly, in breach of clause A of
the Injunction, insofar as this was conduct causing nuisance and annoyance to Mr
Vu, and in breach of clause D of the Injunction;
g) On 20th January 2022, the Defendant was physically hitting the ceiling directly from
below a neighbour’s working room, in breach of clause A of the Injunction, insofar as
