3. which provided that the Defendant is prohibited from [set out relevant paras of the
order]
(A) engaging in conduct causing or capable of causing nuisance, annoyance,
harassment, alarm or distress to any person in the locality of, residing in, or
engaged in lawful activity in Dorset Road, London, SW8, such behaviour to include
banging, shouting, begging, urinating in public, verbal abuse and making threats
4. the court found that she had disobeyed/breached that order by
(i) on 29th May 2022 sporadically between about 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. shouting in Dorset
Road being conduct causing nuisance and annoyance to Kwame Onusu being a
person in the locality of Dorset Road (and being conduct capable of causing
nuisance, annoyance, harassment, alarm or distress to any person in the locality
of, residing in, or engaged in lawful activity in Dorset Road, London, SW8)
5. and imposed the following sentence(s) for that breach: a fine of £300 payable to HM
Paymaster General by 1.9.2022
