The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 37(1) of the Companies Act 1976(a), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations:—
1.—(1) These regulations may be cited as the Companies (Fees) Regulations 1980 and shall come into operation on 22nd December 1980.
(2) The Companies (Fees) Regulations 1975(b) are hereby revoked.
2. The fees set out in the second column of the Schedule to these regulations shall be the fees payable in respect of the transactions set out in the first column of that Schedule.
