310, constable's case.Action upon the Statute of Hue-and-Cry per Constable, versus homines inhabitantes in dimidio hundred! de Waltham apres verdict fuit accept, and precedent there shewed392 NORTON V. MOLINEUX AND FORD HOBABT, 247.of a like action, vers. inhabitantes in hundredo de W. communiter vocat. half hundred of W. And yet the Court gave judgment in this case for the plaintiff. For the Court may well intend it indeed to be a whole hundred, and so bub called half, and it hath indeed an Hundred-Court by it self, and otherwise it should have been so pleaded or given in evidence.
