Christopher Costigan of Middle Temple, Barrister, is a Senior Lecturer, Director of Special Projects, and member of the Learning and Teaching Committee at BPP University College. His research interests include constitutional law, administrative law, human rights and criminal law. He is the Editor-in-Chief of a series of seven Cases and Materials books on the foundations of legal knowledge (BPP Learning Media, 2010), and a former editor of Halsbury’s Laws of England.
Tara Dugdale is a trainee solicitor at Berry & Walton Solicitors, and a Visiting Lecturer in Law at the University of Hertfordshire. Her research interests are equity and trusts law.
