The Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970 (Commencement) Order 1971

In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 54(2) of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970(a), and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I hereby make the following order:—

1. Sections 1 to 6 of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970 and sections 51 to 53 thereof in so far as they relate to those sections shall come into operation on 1st March 1971.

2. This order may be cited as the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970 (Commencement) Order 1971.
