Right of defendant tortfeasor denying liability to claim contribution from another tortfeasor - Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (N.I.), 1937 (1 Edw. 8 1 Geo. 6, Ch. 9), sec. 16, sub-sec. 1 (c).

In an action for damages for tort in which the defendant denies liability leave may be given to him to serve notice of claim for contribution on a third party under Rules of the Supreme Court, Order 16, r. 48.
