Notice is given that, as the term of office of council members in each of the following CIMA electoral constituencies (ECs) expires at the end of the institute's annual general meeting in June 2015, elections will be held in February:

* EC1, Central London and North Thames: R Bellis-Jones*.

* EC2, South West England and South Wales: R I Wilson*.

* EC3, East Midlands and East Anglia: K Bragg, S T Stapleford and R H Tidd*.

* EC4, West Midlands: S M Hoof*.

* ECS, North East England: J H Whitehead.

* EC6, North West England and North Wales: R E Beedham.

* EC7, Scotland: J D Callander*.

* EC11, Central Southern England: M Agate and R Sharp.

* EC12, South East England: S M K Clackworthy.

Nominations for candidates (fellows) to fill the vacancies may be made by six or more members (at least three of whom must be fellows) whose registered addresses are in the EC concerned.
