Christoferi Jackson defunct, tempore mortis suaa qui obiit intestat. per Willielmum Blackaller attorn, suum, et protulerunt hie in Curia dictorum domini Regis et dominas Reginse tune ibidem quandam billam suam versua Johannem Stephenson in custorl. mor. &c. de placito transgr. super casum; et suut pleg. de pros, scilicet Johannes Doe et Richardus Roe; quaa quidem billa sequitur in base verba, sa. Johannes in consideratione iride super se assumpsit, et eisdem Willielmo et Annas adtunc et ibidem fideliter promisit quod ipse idem Johannes praad. 251. prafat.
