2015 providing details of, and the reasons for, the decision which ORR is minded to
make in relation to the redactions which Freightliner Limited ("FLL") has requested
in
respect
of
its submissions in response to
DB
Schenker's appeal.
2. DB Schenker notes that ORR
is
minded to withhold the information currently redacted
in the main body
of
FLL's submission, but allow disclosure
of
the information provided
in
Appendix
5-
the terminal occupation chart.

DB Schenker confirms that it
is
content with this approach and looks forward to
receiving the additional information

due course.
