DECISION
The DECISION of the Tribunal in respect of the Claimant’s application of 1 February
2024 to amend his claim is:
1. The application is granted in respect of paragraphs 59.d-f of his Amended
Particulars of Claim.
2. The application is refused in relation to paragraph 59.g of his Amended
Particulars of Claim (the claim for pay in relation to adoption leave).
3. Consequent upon this decision, I confirmed the case management Orders
made by Employment Judge Harris on 18 January 2024 (suggesting also that
the parties attempt to agree a joint agenda for the preliminary hearing listed
on 29 April 2024, and a proposed preparatory timetable for the final hearing).
