Dr. Suttoiis Case fuit ore move arreare, & Hendeu dit que intention del Commission ne fuit al remover luy, mes al examiner luy pur sou habilitye, & en son Answer al les Articles il ne fait ascuu Justificacon de son habilitye, mes plead al Jurisdiction. Richardsou Cheif Justice, Chancellour est Vicar General al Evesque, & si Levesque ne voet eslier un Chancellour, le Metropolitan doet. Car le Evesque ne poet ee Judge in son Consistory demesne, & pur ceo si Levesque provide un Insufficient Chancellour, il properment perbeigne al lour ley al examiner ceo, & coraent que soiet object que Levesque doet examiner luy devant son Admittance, uncore jeo conceive que il poet nientobatantee examine apres.
