aind sundry other Baronies, ManorSj Lands, Teinds, Tenements, Here-
ditaments, Advocations, Donations, and Rights of Patronage, Heritable
Offices, and others whatsoever, then in the Possession of and per-
taining and belonging heritably to the said Archibald Duke of Argyll
or whereuiito he had Eight as Tepresenting Archibald Earl of Argyll,
his Father, or in any other manner of way, within the Kingdom of Scot-
land,
were resigned to and in favour of the said Jbhn Marquis of Lome,
aad the Heirs Male to he procreated by Mm upon the Body of the said
Mary Brown; whom failing, in favour of the Heirs Male to be procre-
ated of the said John Marquis of Lome his Body of any other Marriage;
whom failing, in favour of the Lord Archibald Campbell, Second lawful
Son to the said Archibald Duke of Argyll, and the Heirs Male to be
procreated of Ms Body; whom failing, in favour of any other Heirs
Male to be procreated of the said Archibald Duke of Argyll his Body;
