Ever since
International Journal
moved to publishing theme issues, we have
received inquiries from time to time, as to whether we still welcome articles
not related to an upcoming theme. We most certainly do, and we try to keep
space in each issue for several separately standing articles that have been
submitted to us “over the transom,” as we have taken to refer to them
amongst ourselves. To make this more evident and to give these articles a
clearer place, we are instituting with this issue a new section of the journal
called “Over the transom.” We encourage anyone who would like to submit
an article over the transom to see our website, www.internationaljournal.ca,
for the details on how to do this.
