Introducing “Blasts from the past”
With this issue, we introduce a new rubric, entitled “Blasts from the past,”
on classic and historic works in the scholarly literature from international
relations and foreign policy analysis. John Kirton starts us off with a piece on
the best books ever written on Canadian foreign policy. In the pipeline for the
next several issues are review essays discussing the intellectual legacies of
Robert Osgood, E.H. Carr, and Samuel Huntington.
