An Act to amend and enlarge the Powers of an Act
of His prefent Majefty for draining, inclofing, and
improving the Lands called Borough
Fen
Common
and the Four Hundred Acre Common, in the
County of
Northampton,
and for forming the fame
into a Pariih, to be called Newborough, and for
building and endowing, a Church for fuch Pariih.
[14th June 1819.]
HEREAS in and by an Aft, pafled in the Fifty-fecond Year of
the Reign tof His prefent Majefty, intituled An Ail for drain-
ing, inclofing, and improving the Lands called Borough Fen'
Common and the Four Hundred Acre Common, in the
County
^North-
ampton, and for forming the fame into\a Parijh to be c
ailed
Newborough ;
and for building and
endowing
a Church for fuch Parijh, it was amongft
other Things enacted, that the Commiffioners thereby appointed or to
be appointed fhould fet out and allot the faid Common and Wafte Land
to fuch Perfons arid for fuch Purpofes as is therein mentioned j and it was
alfo enacted, that all the Lands and Grounds which by the Authority
and in purfuance of the faid Aft, or the therein recited Aft, fhould be'
allotted to any of the Proprietors, fhould be held by fuch Proprietors
'refpeftively under the fame Tenures, Rents, Cuftoms, and Services, as the
ancient Eftates and other Property in right of which fuch Allotments
fhould be made were refpeftively held and enjoyed by the faid Pro-
prietors before the' pafling of the faid Aft, or would have been held and
