The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 24(2) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 19741, sections 1(1), 4(6) and (6A), 7(1), (3) and (5), 9(1), (2) and (4), 10(2), (5), (6) and (7), 10A(1), 11(1), 12(2), 13, 19 and 41(4) of the Employment Tribunals Act 19962and paragraph 36 of Schedule 8 to the Government of Wales Act 19983, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 16th April 2001.
Amendment of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2001
2. Regulation 1(2) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 20014shall be amended by the substitution of the words “16th July 2001” for the words “18th April 2001”.

These Regulations amend the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/1171) by changing the coming into force date of those Regulations from 18th April 2001 to 16th July 2001.
