Parish of Farks-
thorpe
in the County of
Lincoln.

W
HEREAS there are within the Parish of Farksthorpe in
the County of Lincoln several Open and Common Fields,
Meadows, Fens, Commonable Lands and Waste Grounds,
containing in the whole Three hundred and ninety
Acres,
or there-
abouts,
and also divers ancient inclosed Lands, Grounds, and Home-
steads, containing Six hundred and fifty-flve Acres, or thereabouts:
And whereas John Kipling Esquire is Lord of the Manor of
Farksthorpe,
and as such is entitled to the Right of Soil in, over, and
upon all the Waste Grounds within the said Parish: And whereas
the said John Kipling is Patron of the Vicarage of
Farksthorpe
afore-
said, and the Reverend
John Joseph
Lister Clerk is the present Vicar
thereof:
And whereas the said
John
Kipling,
the Governors oiAlford
Free Grammar School, the Reverend John Joseph Lister, as such
Vicar as aforesaid, and others, are the Owners and Proprietors of all
the Lands and Grounds within the said Parish: And whereas an Act
was passed in the Forty-first Year of the Reign of His late Majesty
King
George
the Third, intituled An Act for
consolidating
in
one
Act 41G.3.C.109.
certain Provisions usually inserted in Acts
of
Inclosure,
and for
facili-
tating the
Mode of proving the several Facti
usually
required on the
passing of
such
Acts: And whereas another Act was passed in the
First and Second Years of the Reign of
His
present Majesty, intituled
An Act to
amend
the Lwws
respecting
the
inclosing
of
Open
Fields, 1&2G 4
