Introduction
[1] This case has been brought to the Court of Appeal as a result of a decision
given by Sir Declan Morgan sitting in the Family Division of the High Court on
29 April 2022. The decision was essentially a dismissal of an appeal against a
decision of the Family Care Centre delivered by Her Honour Judge Crawford on
27 May 2020 comprised in an order which was issued on 2 June 2020. This was a
