Introduction
[1] This is a father’s application for a residence order and a contact order in
respect of his daughter who is now 7½ years of age. To protect her privacy this
judgment has been anonymised. I will call her FX which is a randomly chosen
cypher.
[2] The matter came on for hearing before me on 28 and 29 September for the
purposes of determining certain facts relating to the conduct of the father. The
mother alleges that the father sexually abused FX in or about March 2018.
