Consent to supplement the track usage price list
The Office of Rail and Road hereby consents to the parties’ request made under
paragraph 9 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 of the Track Access Contract to supplement the Track
Usage Price List to include new rates for Class 455 (AC) passenger vehicles.
For the purposes of the Track Access Contract, the section of the Track Usage Price List
titled “Passenger Variable Usage Charge rates” shall be supplemented by the inclusion of:
Vehicle Type
Pence per vehicle mile
(2017/18 prices)
Class 455/M (AC)
14.38
Class 455/T (AC)
5.93
This supplement shall have retrospective effect from 1 April 2019. Terms defined in the
Track Access Contract shall have the same meaning in this notice. The rates in the above
table are 2017/18 prices, consistent with the price base of the Track Usage Price List.
