Fixed Costs on Entry of Judgment (CPR 45.4)
If fixed commencement costs were claimed (see Appendix 3), and if judgment is entered in the circumstances listed below, it will include the relevant amounts set out at Appendix 3 and in this appendix.
These costs do not apply following allocation to the small claims track, when the limited costs rule applies. The sum in brackets applies if the judgment is for a sum in excess of £5,000.
