An Act for dividing, allotting, and inclosing the
Commons and Waste Lands within the Hamlet
of
Stock
and Bradley in the Parish of
Fladbury
in the County of
Worcester.

HEREAS there are within the Hamlet of
Stock
and
Brad-
ley, in the Parish of
Fladbury
in the County of
Worcester,
certain
Commons,
Commonable
Lands,
and Waste Grounds,
containing together by Estimation Two hundred and forty Acres:
And whereas the Right Reverend
Folliott
Lord Bishop of
Worcester
in right of his See claims to be Lord of the Manor of
Fladbury cum
Membris,
of which Manor
the
Hamlet of
Stock
and.
Bradley
is Parcel,
and as such claims to be entitled to the Soil of the said Commons
and Waste Grounds, and is also in right of his See seised of divers
Messuages, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments within the said
Manor and Hamlet, under Lease as after mentioned: And whereas
George
Wigky Perrott Esquire, or his Trustees, as Lessee or Lessees
under the said Bishop for Three Lives absolute, claims to be Lord
Farmer or Lord Farmers of the said Manor of
Fladbury cum
Membris,
of
which
the said Hamlet of
Stock
and
Bradley
is Parcel as aforesaid,
and as such claims to be entitled to the Soil of such Commons and
Waste Lands as are situate within the said Hamlet of
Stock
and
Bradley-, and also, as such Lessee or Lessees, Lord Farmer or

Lord Farmers, is or are entitled to certain Messuages or Tenements,
Lands and Hereditaments, situate and being within the said Hamlet
of Stock and Bradley; and Thomas

Vernon Esquire, George
Farley Esquire, John Phillips Esquire, Henry Handy the elder, Wil-
liam Boulton, Henry Handy the younger, John
Petford,
William Cot-
trill, Gentlemen, and others, are "respectively Owners and Propietors
of the Residue of the said Land within the said Hamlet, and together
with the said George Jfigley Perrott, or his said Trustees, a# such
Lessee or Lessees as aforesaid, are respectively entitled to the Right
of Common of Pasture in, upon, and over all the said Commons and
Commonable Lands and Waste Grounds intended to be inclosed by
virtue of this Act: And whereas an Act was passed in the Forty-first
Year of the Reign of His lata Majesty King George the Third, inti-

the Reign of His present Majesty, intituled An Act to amend the

inclosing
of

Fields, Pastures, Moors,
Com-
mons,
and
Waste
Lands, in England : And whereas the said Commons,
Commonable Lands, and Waste Grounds are in their present State
incapable of any considerable Improvement, and it would be beneficial
to the several Persons interested therein if the same were inclosed,
and were divided and allotted amongst such Persons in specific Shares,
in proportion to their several Estates, Interests, and Properties, in,
upon, and over the same; but such Division, Allotment, and In-
closure cannot be effected without the Aid and Authority of Parlia-
ment : May it therefore please Your Majesty that it may be enacted;
and be it enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and
with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal,
and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the
Appointment Authority of the same, That Richard Court of Bromsgrove in the

Gentleman, and his Successors, to be elected in

hereby appointed the Commissioner for dividing, allotting, and in-
closing the said Lands and Grounds, and for carrying the other Pur-
poses of this Act into execution, subject to the Rules, Orders, and
Directions in this Act contained, and also subject to the Rules,
Orders, and Directions contained in the said recited Acts, except
such as are by this Act varied, altered, or repealed.
Appointment II. And be it further enacted, That in case the said Richard
of
future Court, or any Commissioner to be appointed as herein-after meii-
€ommis- tioned, shall die, refuse or neglect, for the Space of Three Calendar
Months, to act, or be rendered incapable of acting as a Commissioner
in the Execution of this Act, before the Execution of the several
Powers and Authorities in him vested, then and in such Case, and
as often as such Event shall happen, the major Part in Value (to be
ascertained by the Land Tax Assessment) of the several Persons
entitled to or interested in the said Lands and Grounds within the
said Hamlet of Stock and Bradley aforesaid, or their respective
Agents or Attornies, being duly authorized, (assembled at a Meeting
to be called for that Purpose by any Two or more of such Proprietors,
