fleetwood versus charnock. Lord Coventry. The Plaintiff and Defendant were jointly bound for a third Person, who died leaving, no Estate; the Plaintiff was sued and paid the Debt, and brought his Bill against the Defendant for Contribution, who was decreed to pay his proportionable Part.
