Foreword
This book is our first and possibly, but hopefully not, last foray into professional writing and publishing. For its flaws, which we fear are many, we apologise and crave the reader’s understanding and forgiveness. We do, however, hope that its readership will discover within these covers a book that is entertaining, informative, interesting and provocative, but also of practical assistance to the professional lawyer or litigant in person.
