In action sur case, that whereas the husband of the defendant was indebted to Neeve and Alsop, which they assigned to the plaintiff, and authorised him to receive it; and the defendant being administrator, promised, that in consideration the plaintiff would accept of the defendant for his debtor, she promised to pay the money, which per Jones pro plaintiff is a good consideration, as 1 Rolls 27, and implieth forbearance.
