Amendment of a track access contract between Network Rail Infrastructure
Limited (Network Rail) and Freightliner Heavy Haul Ltd – Tenth Supplemental
Agreement
Pursuant to section 22A of, and in accordance with paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to the
Railways Act 1993, I direct you Network Rail to amend your track access contract
with Freightliner Heavy Haul Ltd dated 11 December 2016, by entering into a
supplemental agreement in the form and content of the Tenth Supplemental
Agreement enclosed with these directions, no later than 30 July 2021.
Network Rail shall be released from the duty to enter into the supplemental
agreement if Freightliner Heavy Haul Limited does not enter into the supplemental
agreement on the terms as described on or before 30 July 2021.
A copy of these directions has been sent to Freightliner Heavy Haul Limited.
