Consent to supplement the track usage price list of the Track Access
Contract between Network Rail Infrastructure Limited and Freightliner
Limited
The Office of Rail and Road hereby consents to the parties’ request made under Schedule
7 of the Track Access Contract to supplement the Track Usage Price List to include new
rates for FFA-G wagons.
For the purposes of the Track Access Contract, the section of the Track Usage Price List
titled “Variable Usage Charge rates” shall be supplemented by the inclusion of:

This supplement shall have retrospective effect from the first date that these wagons were
first used on the Network or 1 April 2019, which date is later. Terms defined in the Track
Access Contract shall have the same meaning in this notice. The rates in the above table
are 2017/18 prices, consistent with the price base of the Track Access Price List.
