Dear Lisa,
Conveyance Charge Statement for the period 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2020
Thank you for your submission and subsequent resubmission of the conveyance charge
statement in your emails of 22nd August 2019 and 13th September 2019 respectively, as
required under condition 2.2.2 of the firmus conveyance licence, as well as answering our
subsequent follow up questions.
I acknowledge that the proposed charges f or 2020 have accounted for the remaining ‘Z’ under-
recovery to be recovered by FE in order that we can close this issue and reconcile under/over-
recoveries on an annual basis going forward.
Please accept this letter as approval of the conveyance charges resubmitted on 13th September
2019 and ensure that this conveyance charge statement is published on your website on or
before the 1st October 2019.
