Conveyance Charge Statement for the period 1st January 2019 to 31st December 2019
Thank you for submitting the conveyance charge statement in your email of 24th August 2018
and your resubmission on 17th September 2018, as required under condition 2.2.2 of the firmus
conveyance licence, as well as answering our subsequent follow up questions.
I acknowledge that the proposed charges for 2019 have been inflated using a suitable RPI
assumption and current conveyance charges are necessary in order to reduce your level of ‘Z’ in
an appropriate manner to ensure smooth future tariffs.
We note that you have engaged with PNGL and SGN on the cost apportionment across individual
conveyance categories to ensure a consistent basis throughout Northern Ireland and request that
you continue to do so. We will be in touch in order to progress this area further to ensure future
conveyance charges reflect this work fully.
Please accept this letter as approval of the conveyance charges resubmitted on 17th September
2018 and ensure that this conveyance charge statement is published on your website on or
before the 1st October 2018.
