Track access contract between Network Rail Infrastructure Limited
and GB Railfreight Limited dated 11 December 2016: Notice of
Consent to a Supplement to the Track Usage Price List
Pursuant to paragraph 2.2.10 of Schedule 7 of the track access contract dated
11 December 2016, the Office of Rail and Road hereby consents to the parties’
request, made on 25 April 2023, under paragraph 2.2.7 of Schedule 7 to
supplement the Track Usage Price List to include rates for the FWAA and
FWAB wagon types for Industrial Minerals and JNAS wagon type for Steel.
For the purposes of the track access contract, the section of the Track
Usage Price List entitled “Freight Variable Usage Charge Rates” shall be
supplemented by the inclusion of:

These amendments shall have retrospective effect from the first date that
these vehicles were used on the Network or 1 April 2019, whichever date is
later. These rates have been calculated in 2017/18 prices.
