in the County will

Gentleman, in and by his last Will and Testament in Geoqje Tay-
Writing, bearing Date on or about the Thirteenth Day of
June

which was in the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight, and duly
executed and attested in such Manner as the Law prescribes for rendering
valid Devises of Real Estates, did give and devise unto his Son-in-law

of Wilts, Gentleman, and his Friend
William Gaisford

the said County, Gentleman, their Heirs and Assigns, all that Messuage
or Tenement, with the Garden, Orchard, and Appurtenances thereto
belonging, and a Horse Leaze or Common of Pasture for One Horse,
situate in East
Couhton
aforesaid, which he the said Testator formerly
purchased of and from William
Godolphin
Esquire; and also all that
Garden situate in East

aforesaid, which be the said Testator then
