godscall versus walker & wall. The Bill was to be relieved against several Judgments in Debt, obtained from Sir John Godscall an Infant, by Practice between the Defendant Walker a Goldsmith, and Wall an Attorney, and the Guardian of the Infant, and it was referred to a Master to examine the real Consideration either in Money or Goods, for which the said Judgments were had, and to make his Eeport, that farther Order might be taken therein.
