Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd gan adrannau 2, 3 a 4 o Ddeddf Iechyd y Cyhoedd (Rheoli Clefydau) 1984( 1), ar ôl iddynt roi'r hysbysiadau sy'n ofynnol gan adrannau 2 a 4 o'r Ddeddf honno a heb dderbyn unrhyw hysbysiad o wrthwynebiad iddynt, yn gwneud y Gorchymyn a ganlyn:
Enwi a chychwyn
1.Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Awdurdod Iechyd Porthladd Aberdaugleddau (Diwygio) 2010 a daw i rym ar 26 Gorffennaf 2010.
Diwygiadau i Orchymyn 1991
2.Diwygir Gorchymyn Awdurdod Iechyd Porthladd Aberdaugleddau 1991( 2) fel a ganlyn:
(a) yn yr Atodlen, o dan y pennawd "The Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 (c. 22)", yn lle'r geiriau-"Part I |
