The question raised was whether or not the M.Clinic—a new department of the R. V. hospital —should be distinguished in the valuation list as "used exclusively for charitable purposes."There was no question of amount. The M.Clinic was erected as a separate building under the terms of the will of H. M., deceased. Persons desiring treatment in the Clinic could only obtain it under certain conditions of payment.
