Track Access Contract between Network Rail Infrastructure Limited and
Grand Union Trains No. 2 Limited dated 13 June 2023 (“Track Access
Contract”): Notice of Consent to amendment of dates in Clause 3.5
The Office of Rail and Road hereby consents to Grand Union Trains No. 2 Limited’s
request made under Clause 3.7 of the Track Access Contract to amend the dates in
Clause 3.5.
For the purposes of the Track Access Contract, Clause 3.5 shall be replaced in full by the
clause set out in the Schedule to this Notice.
These amendments shall have effect from the date of this notice.
Terms defined in the Track Access Contract shall have the same meaning in this notice.
