HEREAS
it
is expedient that the
Gwut
Westem
Railway
Coinpany (in this Act called the Coinpany) should be
empowered
to
construct the Railway, make the Alteration
of
ltoacl,
and execute the other Works by this Act authorized, and
also
to
stop
up
and appropriate the Portion of Road, and
to
acquirc
for the Purposes
of
their Uiidertaking the aclditional Laids
in
this
Act iiientioned
:
And whereas
it
