Parliament: May it therefore
please Your Majesty that it inay'be enacted; and
be
it enacted by
the Queen's most Excellent Majesty,
by
and with the Advice and
Consent
of
the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Comnions, in this
present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same,
That the several Acts of Parliament following, (that
is
to say,) the
Companies Clauses Consolidation Act, One thousand eight hundred
and forty-five, the Lands Clauses Coiisolidation Act, One thousand
eight hundred and forty-five, and the Raillwy Clauses Consolidation
Act,
One
thousaand eight hundred and forty-five, shall
be
incorporated
vith and form Part
of
this Act.

And be it enacted, That in citing this Act in othcr Acts
of
Parliament and in legal Instruments it shall be sufficient to use the
Expression
